Am looking for information on Mary Anne or Marian Owens who was the mother of Isabella May b. 1849 in Co. Kilkenny.  I have done lots of research on Marian Owens of Co. Sligo but realise now that I may have been wrong - story of my life when it comes to geneology!!!  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only place in Kilkenny where the name Owens appears in Griffiths is Graiguenamanagh so maybe start your search there. The RC church records for Graiguenamanagh have no Isabella Owens but there is a Mary born 1848. If they were non-catholic you would have to look at microfilm.
