James & Emma Ayers

I am looking for the maiden name or any marriage info of Emma married to James Ayres. I have found the Ayres family living in West Hill Henley Oxford 1881 census PRO ref RG11 1487/94 pg 22 they also appear in the 1871 & 1891 census on ancestry site. The family appear to have all come from Henley. The son Walter is my wife’s G Grandfather.
Would appreciate any help

There's a birth registration for an Emma May in Dec 1849 Henley. She appears in 1851 with mum Mary and grandparents surname Godliman

I am looking for a James Haire with a son named James Haire b 1855.  He married a Anne Boyle 1881 in Glenties   Don't know where to look.  Got any ideas?
