Hi ,William Lundberg was a silversmith and trader operating between Dublin and Bristol from 1840 and onward.William married a Mary Dwyer from Ireland and the couple had several children.Tragedy struck  and it seems the family was split for some reason .I wonder if anyone recognizes the Lundberg name in the Bristol area census records(sometimes spelt Lumberg,Lumdberg,Laveburgh,Lundbirg etc).Best wishes,Doughy.

Hi, there is a Virginia Lundberg, aged 7, in the Asylum for the Poor in the Stapleton Registration District on the Glos 1851 census.

Hello doughy,

I'm sorry it didn't occur to me to look at the Gloucestershire board when looking at your Lundberg thread on the Dublin board. I've just posted on thread on the Dublin board. None of the variations of Lundberg appear on the Valuation extracts. Maybe William lived with either his inlaws or under the roof of his employer while he was in Dublin.
