Restoration Request Please

I have just discovered a poor pic of my Gt. Grandfather.  Previously, I had only had a worse one - one with half his face blurred :-(
I attach the new one - hoping that kind souls out there can help me out YET AGAIN.  Before you say anything, I'm sorry about the quality .... I have neither the equipment not expertise to achieve better.    However, when you have helped me in the past, miracles have happened - well, I think they have anyway!    Heather

POSTEES: If possible, PLEASE, scan your images at 300 - 600 dpi, for both ease of restoration and best results
RESTORERS: Feel free to change/improve/colour any restorations posted by myself.  Acknowledgment would be appreciated.
