Marriage of John Davidson
« on: Tuesday 11 May 10 21:56 BST (UK) »
I would appreciate it if someone could look up the marriage of John Davidson and Margaret Young, they were married on the 31st October 1829 in Aberdeen. I do not know what the marriage records would look like or what information is recorded. I would be interested in any additional information that is on the certificate. I am hoping this information could help me with which direction I would need to go to trace the parents of John Davidson, there is a possibility that he was from Dundee.

 regards

Steve Davidson

Thank you for this information, it has answered my question, but it has opened up a new line of enquiry, I will post these on the Aberdeen section.

Where can I go to find crew list, as John occupation was a seamen?

regards

Steve
