Llanwonno, St Gwynno COMPLETED
« on: Monday 10 May 10 05:40 BST (UK) »
I have three Lloyd's buried in St Gwynno,  Thomas Lloyd 1820-1898 his daughter
Catherine Lloyd 1849-1917 and Catherine's daughter  Ellen Mary 1884-1900
all them originally from Tregaron.
Please I would like to know if any of them have gravestones, can anyone help.

Many thanks

Glamorgan Family History Society have a Monumental Inscription book for St Gwynno, Llanwonno

http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~wlsglfhs/book2.htm

It costs 9.00 GBP.

Quote
What's in the Booklet

Monumental Inscriptions are normally transcribed from headstones in the churchyard, Plinths or plaques in the church. The booklet normally contains a plan of the graveyard and an alphabetical surname index of those names transcribed. Then there is a transcription of each headstone / plinth / plaque.

Thank you Haydon, I knew my three Lloyd's were buried there, I wanted to know if they had a stone, Thomas Lloyd came from Tregaron, where his wife died in 1865 and was buried there, with some of their children, I found her stone.

It was too much to find his as well.

Many thanks Joan
