Hagley Hall, Herefordshire

Hello, I have found out that my ancestors used to live at Hagley Hall. This would be around 1861- they emigrated to New Zealand in 1863 arriving in 1864. I don't know if they owned it or rented it. Does anyone know of it? It was listed in 1952 according to the Britsh Listed Buildings site. I have Google Earthed it but this gives an ariel view. I wonder if anyone has any photos or info about it? I'd be very grateful for any pointers.

I used to work at Wychbury House Nursery on the Stourbridge Road ,which was opposite Hagley Hall.

I hate to put a downer on this Glamis, but the Hagley Hall Barb is referring to is in Hagley, near Stourbridge.

Use Google streetview for an even better view.  It matches the description from the Listed Buildings site.

Thank you so very much Little Nell. That is amazing- how and where did you find this picture? I wonder about the description of the 'faded name' that the Photographer mentions at its foot?All the same, its a handsome house. Being Hagley Hall, do you know why it is called Bartstree?

Bartestree is the name of the hamlet near it.  Hagley is about the same distance from the house  to the north west.  All are in the parish of Lugwardine.

The site on which I found it is very easy to use and search.  I put the post code into the search box and looked for houses which matched the description of the listed building.
