Has anyone made any breakthroughs ?
I’ve found my Hegartys of Laharadane which is the Townland next to Killaderry where my grandmother came from. Here sisters and probably brothers too were in Anaconda Deer Park in Montana.
Records for there are free. They give detailed information about the names and places of the new residents parents. Apparently it was/ is a metal area and those involved in copper mining in SW Cork may have decided to travel there for work.
