1901 census he is listed as son of Jesse channer and Mary Ann  HOw


1911 census he is listed as their Grandson

i have a birthdate of of 1 june 1898   ley hill or Latimer

He is probably the illegitimate Son of one of Jesse and Mary Anns Daughters.
