Scranton Pennsylvania - Jackson Family

Hi - I know that these posts are old but I thought I would add here in case it was helpful.
I am a Jackson from Scranton.  My paternal grandfather was Edward Jackson who died in (I think) 1985.  He was married to a Mary but her maiden name was Burns.  Mary Ruth Burns, she went by Ruthie.  My father, James Edward, was their oldest son (1944-2005).  There may very well have been another Edward Jackson in 18509, and my Jacksons may not be related to the ones that people are looking for but I thought I would provide them just in case it was helpful.   My grandfather was related to a Leo (I believe they were brothers) but there had been a falling out and they didn't speak in my lifetime. Though they spent some time in D.C. these Jacksons mostly lived in the Providence section of Scranton about two blocks from Ferdinand Street.

These are my great grandparents with my grandfather being listed as the 21 year old.  I am certain based on great grandmothers first name and my Great Uncle Bobby (Robert) being listed.
