Cheeseman/Hills of Reigate

Have recently discovered that in 1876 (different dates) that Emily Hill married Jesse Cheeseman & her sister Ellen married his brother William.

Emily & Jesse (1881) had 2 children  Alice (1878) & Jesse (1880)

William & Ellen (1881) had 2 children  Caroline (1878) & Florence (1881)

Have not looked at any other census returns yet (do not need that, I will do that myself)

But does anyone out there know of these 2 families?

Feb 2011 UPDATE:  Also my g/aunt Florence Hill was a district nurse in the Reigate, Banstead, Redhill area (she later specialised in Geriatric Care), she also worked with the Girl Guides and Girls Brigade.  Does anyone remember her or her family, I know her daughter Joan (who died in the 1960's) went to school with and was close friends with Cliff Mitchelmore's wife Jean Metcalfe.

But if you are related to ANY Hills in the Reigate area I would be interested

I have  just started researching my family and came across your post. My grandfather, Jesse Cheeseman's parents were Emily Hill and Jesse Cheeseman of Reigate. He was born on 8th Jan 1880 in West Rd Reigate and from her death certificate, his sister Alice died on 3rd Jan 1942 aged 63 in Hemel Hemstead. I would be interested in sharing any information about the Cheesemans and Hills.
