Thank you for your reply.
I don't have a location for the Eddys, but their mother was in Truro and i assume they were born in Truro, but i could be wrong.
They were my cousins, but are now deceased.
Being in Australia i never had any contact with my father's family in England.
I like your flag, what part of Australia do you live in ?
I live in Gosford on the central Coast Of NSW

Looking at your last reply i saw you research Pascoe.
My Grand father Abraham Hocking Wellington married Eliza Pascoe in 1879 in Truro. Do you have any info on that part of history?
I liked the land of the long white cloud, i spent 18 months there 1955-6 on the main land -------North Island -----contentious subject.

Lambert Wellington Eddy, born 1 Jul 1913 Truro (5c 211, MMS Wellington).
Located teaching Mathematics at Urmston, Lancs, Sep 1939 (WW2 Registration).
Commissioned as a Flying Officer into RAF GD Branch (139629) as a Meteorological Air Observer Leader on 6 Mar 43.
Located as a Flying Officer with 251 (Met) Sqn in Iceland 5 Jan 1945.
Awarded DFC 9 Jan 1945 as an Acting Sqn Leader.
Promoted from Substantive Flying Officer to Temporary/Flight Lieutenant 16 Jun 1945.
Nothing further known.  No Marriage found (in England & Wales).  No Death details ditto.
Would be grateful for any other info on him for inclusion in WW2 meteorological history!
