Alexander Bell & Isabella Hogg

I have Alexander Bell est.b1850 m 1871 to Janet  Rutherford Annan
His parents are Alexander Bell labourer and Isabella Hogg no mention of a marriage
Would be grateful if anyone can help in anyway as am stuck here.

Hi,

Sorry, cant help with the marriage, had a look on family search and Scotlands people but nothing coming up. However, have you traced Alexander through the census's with his parents? This would give you an idea of when his parents died and their death records will give you their parents names, enabling you to get further back.

isabella has several children younger and older than alexander all with different surnames  1901 census for alexander and family in brewery st dumfries he has 1 of his brothers thomas hogg born abt 1860 with them csc

isabella hogg daughter of thomas hogg/isabella foster born dumfries 1826 died terregles  son john gass witness if you want copy send me a pm csc

I had found Isabella in 1851 census,but couldn't find anything else. I take it she never married and how do i go about finding the rest of her family?.
How do i find access to the 1901 census? as i have been using Scotland's people and finding it rather expensive. And just wonder if you can give me any advice.
