Emma Purkins in 1851 and 1861 census

Hi, I am looking for Emma Purkins who would have been 15 in 1851 and 25 in 1861 census.
She died in Dec 1861 so looking for her places of work.

The only one I could find for London (I assume it is her death in 1861 St George Hanover Square) is this in 1861.

Having a spurt of activity on updating the files. I was always told that any Purkins with a "u" was related, however some of them in the past changed the "u" to an "e"!!
