Record of Birth *COMPLETED*

Seeking any information of birth on Alice Frances Gough.  I have 2 names for both father and mother.  On Alice's death certificate parents are John Gough and Ellen McIntyre.  Other information I have obtained has her parents as John Gough and Catherine L Darcy.  Father could also be Patrick Gough. I think Alice was born in NZ as her death cert states 4 years NZ and 76 Aust.   Anybody able to help clear up this mess ?

I have had a quick look on our BDM website but do not see her there

https://www.bdmhistoricalrecords.dia.govt.nz/search/

There are a few with the first name Alice but none with those parents

As KHP said a year of birth would help us in the search for her

Their is an Alice born 24/5/1872 with father JOhn at Devonport (School Records Ref)

Death - 15/11/1953 Camden NSW Aust (age 80) have death cert

The record that Althea checked only had the fathers name, along with name of child, school, date of birth and year of admission.

I've checked the BDM website and couldn't see Alice, there was a Alice born 1883 with different parents, obviously not yours though.

Newbe, Althea or whoever comes along, can you please check in case I missed it.?

I have had another look as well KHP and only see the 1883 birth.

I wonder if her birth was registered at all

Do you have her marriage certificate. That may have her place of birth on it
