G''day, I'm looking for family of Campbell Roy transport to Van Demons Land, Australia ....
Campbell was born 1808
we think his dad was Charles Roy, & in the army
his grandmother was Mary
he had an uncle John ( house Painter)
we don't know his mother
they may have moved a lot, depending on his posting
I'm new to this so please bare with me, if I'm not doing it right
I am 5th generation Aussie Roy's

This site says Campbell Roy was born 11 Jun 1808, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland
Left Portsmouth 5/1/1825 arrived 18/4/1825. Granted conditional pardon 13/6/1837.
