C. TAW is very possibly the child "Charles James TAW" born 1881 in NZ ?
Sorry, I don't have access to NZ school records which might hopefully confirm a "Mr TAW" as guardian of the WALLER children. And maybe it is just coincidence that the WALLER boy and a C. TAW, have similar occupations ?
