Hi
There are only two instances of Ivy K Dilloway BMDs on FreeBMD. The birth in 1904 and a marriage in 1928
http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.plFreeBMDs coverage of the civil registration index is given here
http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/progress.shtmlThere appears to be no children registered to this couple in England and Wales, though if there were because they may still be living such information can only be given through the private Rootschat personal messaging system.

Though society as a whole by 1895 was much more sympathetic to such marriages it was illegal to marry your dead wife's sister until the Deceased Wife's Sister's Marriage Act of 1907. The Church of England did not (knowingly) allow such marriages until the early 1940s.
