I have been helping my brother-in-law with his family tree. Peter Small was his great granpa on his mothers line. Peter married Margaret Stevenson in Richmond North Yorkshire in 1874.
Children: Sophia 1876-1930, John Henry 1877, Elizabeth Ann 1878, Euphemia 1880, Margaret 1881-1956, Alexander 1885, Jane (Grandma) 1887, Isabelle 1888, Charlotte 1889, Emma 1891, Peter 1893-1966, Alice 1897. All born and lived in Stockton-on-Tees.
None of the "old street" are still standing, but Stockton-on-Tees Library has really good family history records.
