Hi
Google - Oxford Cemeteries, there is lots of info on there and call the Oxford Cemetery office, they are very helpful.
Some burial registers can be found at Oxford RO which is in St Lukes, Cowley, Oxford.
Robinson - Oxfordshire
Stratford - Gloucestershire,
Waters - Northamptonshire,
Moss - Oxfordshire,
Bint - Berkshire,
Collins / Collings - Buckinghamshire,
Salmon - Warwickshire and Northamptonshire
Stranks - Northamptonshire,
Bull - Oxfordshire /Buckinghamshire,

Headington is quite close to Oxford's central area and some of the colleges.
There is a Church of England church in Heddington with cemetry adjacent if my memory serves me correctly.

Hi,
Do you have the actual death certificate that gives where the death occured or just the refence from the GRO index?
Headington as a registration district covers the following townships and/or parishes so it could take a lot of trawling through parish registers to find unless you know she's actually buried at Headington?

The 1901 census will show where she lived not long before her death.
if yiu know her religious denomination affiliation, that might help narrow the field as to where she was buried.
