There is a marriage for an Isaac LEE to Sarah MAY 9 Sep 1799 but, unfortunately, it is difficult to tell if the record is for Minster Thanet or Minster Sheppey http://www.familysearch.org (select Record Search Pilot)

My ancestor Richard Lee was born in 1817 in Sheerness, & married Elizabeth (Jordan?) b 1816, & are shown in the 1841 census living in Minster. He worked in Sheerness dock, as did John Dorgan, so perhaps Frances & Richard were siblings. You have Jordan in your interests.
