Need Somebody Who Could Understand a Will

Hello from France,
I would be very grateful if somebody could help me to understand the content of a will I bought on documentsonline and dated 1838. I transcribed the will and can send it in a Word document.
Thanks very much in advance for your kind help.
Annick
