Arthur WEBB from Swindon, Wilts

I'm trying to find out who Arthur Charles Webb married.  He was born 1899 in Swindon, son of George and Rose Webb.  One of his children was Grace Webb, born 1921 in Swindon.  Grace's birth registration has mother's maiden name as Marchant.

Are you sure Grace was Arthurs daughter,as there are quite a few children born to Webb Marchant from 1912 up to Grace 1921 all in Swindon.and Arthur would have been too young to have married in 1912

At this stage I am going with info from family members, which is a bit sketchy!  My husband's grandmother is Grace Monica Webb who was definitely born in 1921.  Her birth registration online shows her mother's maiden name as Marchant.  We have been told her father's name was Charles Webb but then also Arthur Webb!  So I'm not sure if it is one or the other, or maybe he was a Charles Arthur or an Arthur Charles.  I may indeed be wrong in thinking her father is this Arthur C Webb born 1899.  We discovered him on the 1901 census and there was a Walter Marchant listed in the same house (uncle to Arthur).  It seemed to me that this must be Grace's father as already here was a family connection with the Marchants.
