I have just found an online tree for George Redman Miller and it appears Caroline was previously married to a Donald which explains the name in the index.

The tree owner has not found this marriage so I will send him a message to let him know!

Busy now constructing a tree with all the information you have supplied to make sense of it. With all those sons in the family there must be plenty of living relatives named Miller to contact  :)

William Miller and Ella Call had a second daughter - Louisa Miller, a great-grandmother of mine. Born 1857 (Sandhurst, Bendigo?) and died 7 june 1900 in Sydney. I'd love to know more about the family.

cheers

I have had fantastic help on this board before so I am hoping some kind person can come to my rescue again!

I am still on the trail of the Miller family, see:

http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,394865.0.html

I have now come across a George Redman Miller who was the son of William and Ella Miller, born c1870 in Chewton VIC

I know that William and Ella married in Bristol in 1848 and had a son William Frederick Redman Miller in Bristol. They can't be found in England in 1851 so they may have already left for Australia.

Hopefully there were other children between William b1849 & George b1870. This might help me to narrow down when they arrived. If any one could find reference to this family I would be most grateful.

Hi fascinating reading on the miller tree. I am the grand son of Richard Charles Redman Miller from W A Australia. His wife Elsie Mc Phee had a dau :Daughter lorlie Ruth Miller who married Kurt Kuhne, Swiss and son Dean. When i searched Richard Charles

The search was very informative going back many generations. ;D

That's fine. Was more excited that after 10 years of researching my branches around the Williams family that others are doing them also. Haven't seen many hits to my ancestors on any levels lol. I've been excited to read all this, assists with my information.  Lisa x
