I am looking for any information on the death/burial of my great grandmother Mary Ann Dale (born March 1853). She married Elfred William Stevenson in 1885 in Bury, Lancashire, and then supposedly died soon after my grandmother, Ellen Dale Stevenson, was born in October 1887 in Holcombe, Lancashire.  I am wondering if she died in Glasgow. since Elfred (who apparently went by William) was remarried in East Greenock, Renfrew in 1892.  He then died in Kirkcaldy around 1815.   Mary Ann was born in Ramsbottom, Lancashire and we had thought that maybe she died there too, but I can't find any record of it in any database.  Can you help me?

Sorry its taken so long about this i havent been able to get to the LDS alot the last month as been finishing the house.I will going back tommorow i hope if i can get in i only go once a week for the moment so thats why it may take me a while to get back to people.

Thanks.  Anything you can do will be appreciated.  I have family in Scotland and England, but they aren't interested in genealogy so I appreciate you taking the time.  I was in Kirkcaldy a few years ago and went to the library, but didn't really find anything on any of my lines and wasn't sure what or how to find anything.  Next trip over I'll try the LDS centers.

Bad news im afraid i had a hunt for yours diddy but couldnt find anything im afraid.

And Scots Mum dundee is to big im afraid to look through without knowing an area .it would takes ages to look through all the films.
if you get other info that has an address on that would be a help.
I will look again for you.

My nearest LDS centre is Alloa, and is closed Temp. Don't know how long for. Do you know how much information they have in there?
