gran's brother *COMPLETED*
« on: Wednesday 07 April 10 07:17 BST (UK) »
I wonder if anyone would have any info about what type of buildings might have been at 66 Cook Street Auckland.       Ihave looked on google earth and it looks as if there are factories there now.
My gran's brother was living there at the time of his death in 1950

Looking at Street Directories over those years and before will give you a clear picture of what the area was like
available at many libraries

Last year I had some books out of library that had wonderful pictures of Auckland through the ages, can't recall titles. Also the memories magazines feature different areas, looking at some indexes may help
Will see what I can find

Auckland City libraries have a lot of photos online also
