http://www.archive.org/stream/historyofancient00earw/historyofancient00earw_djvu.txtMartha is living in Tranmere CHS in 1851 with her sister Harriet Rathbone and her son John Rathbone Cowdroy and daughter Emma.
In 1861 Martha is cited as being born in Scotland and is living in Oxton and Woodchurch. Her occupation is described as "Gentlewoman in charge of house".
Her son John Rathbone Cowderoy was by this time married to Emma DARLINGTON and had several children. John was curate of Oxton Parish in Cheshire in 1861. One of his sons Ernest Darlington Cowdrey married Elizabeth JAMIESON in Nov 1877 in West Kensington.
By 1871 Rev. John R Cowderoy and family were living in Fulham London.
The JAMIESON connection is who I am interested in. Elizabeth being the daughter of Alexander Jamieson, Contractor but mother unknown.
