pre 1800 records , yorkshire
« on: Sunday 04 April 10 17:00 BST (UK) »
Hi, Ive been tracing my family tree back and Ive came to a bit of a full stop. Ive managed to get back to 1800 for Samuel Raine born in Seamer, Yorkshire, married  to Jane.  But I am unable to go any further or find out who Samuels parents are.  Can any one help ? Many thanks.

Vikkiaberdeen,

A very warm welcome to Rootschat.  It might be worth you taking a look at East Yorkshire Family Society's website www.eyfhs.org.uk  They have a vast selection of publications available to purchase covering East Yorkshire, so might well have some records relating to Seamer.

Best Wishes
