As has been pointed out already, and oftmals before,

   ... sometimes you need 2 messages
and
   ... sometimes you need 3 messages
to activate the PM system.

At the moment I can't change the help pages,
so can we simply agree that we need 3 messages to be sure of activating the system .....   PLEASE !!!

Phew!!! ;D    Went to the land of nod last night thinking those hamsters had changed the ruling about number of posts to activate and didn't inform me ;D
