kennedy- colley in scarborough

hi everyone, can someone please please help me find the parents & siblings of both Lawrence Kennedy 1919-2004, ( a possible surname that might come up when looking is scales ) the other is Ida colley 1920-1994 mother's maiden name is hill.


other possibly useful info is:

-Lawrence defiantly had a sister who's name i don't know however i do know he had a brother William and a brother George, he also had a brother who was known as killer Kennedy I'm unsure if killer is another brother or one of the ones listed above I'm afraid my grandfather Lawrence never did tell me why they called him this.

-Ida defiantly had a brother who was know as Len who more then likely was actually called Leonard, Len was a baker and married a woman called Alice i do not know her last name.

Any info would be a great help.

Have you looked on www.freebmd.org.uk to see if you can find births and marriages for the names you mention?   Are you sure that he was born in Scarborough?   I have tried looking for Lawrence and Laurence but cannot see a suitable birth in Scarborough.  Have you look at the death entry to see what dob it gives?   
Ida's birth does appear so you need to search for a Colley/Hill marriage before that.

looks like your lawrence 1919-2004 lived at 21, belle vue street, but the moderator (quite rightly so! oops!) deleted ALL the info.
there were 2 that could be george
 g. m. and a geo but no william listed.
not sure how to get the george info to you if i cant give you it on here (if they are alive) cant see how to send you a peronal message apart from emailing you.

hi Tina, thanks so much for having a look for me. 21, belle vue street is where he lived with my grandmother before that they owned a boarding house.

all 3 brothers were in the navy from what i know one of them may have moved to Australia
