Can we start again?

Is it correct that your cousin has the marriage cert for Henry Hunt and Ann Maria Parker as you stated previously?

My cousin told me as she has the marriage certificate.

He is described as a publican on my grandmothers birth certificate, she was born in the pub

Can you please ask your cousin for either a copy of the marriage cert or the following info from it -  as previously requested -  as we appear to be going round in circles here without actually getting the right info

How old was Henry Hunt on that 1904 marriage cert

What was his occupation at that time

Was his father definitely shown as William on the cert

What was William's occupation

Just been looking through the book again and it shows you a photo of this pub taken in 1899 Thomas Smalley was the publican then it was one of the earliest pubs in the town and during the horse fair was said to be popular with great personages.
