Hi Holden, I don't think so. I paid less than £10 for my copy from Shropshire FHS or you can just get the names you're interested in.
Watson, Snowball, Pyburn, Heppell, Ferry, Holmes, Clennett, Kidd, Pescod, Bage Co.Duham & Northumberland
