Translating Charter from Latin

Edward by the grace of God King of England Lord of Ireland and duke of Aquitaine, viscount of Northumberland, hail. Wilfrid of Lucy has complained to us that William Douglas has unjustly and without (cause) disseisined him from the common land of his pasture in Fawdon which belongs to his free tenement in Aungerham after the first sea crossing of the lord King our father to Vasconia. Therefore we order you that if the said Wilfred has given you surety for pursuing his claim, then you arrange 12 free and lawful men from that neighbourhood to look at that pasture and tenement and have their names registered.And summon them through good summoners that they are before us [at Newcastle on Tyne on the Monday which will be the day after the octave of the Nativity of St John the Baptist] prepared to make inquest by jury. And produce William through security and safe pledges or his bailiff if he himself hasn't been found because then the judgment of the court will be heard. And have there the summoners, the names of the pledges and this briefly

Concerning the lands (terris) of William of Douglas to be seized into the hands of the king.
When Alianora who (quae) was the wife of the late William of Ferrers, who held from the king in chief, after the death of the said William her husband, yielding her widow's dower at the court of the king in the usual way, which (dower) fell to her from the free tenement which was the aforesaid William's in the reign of the king, (asked? I don't know pecierit) for it to be assigned to her; and the same Alianora, the assignation of the said dower having been made, as the custom is in the kingdom of the king, aforesaid, took the oath that she would not marry without the permission of the king and after went her way to the kingdom of Scotland to seek the normal dower which fell to her from the free tenement belonging to the aforesaid man in the same kingdom. While the aforesaid Alianora delayed awaiting her aforesaid dower in the  manor of Elen la Zusche de Trauernent William of Douglas approached the said manor with horses and arms and  a multitude of armed men and seized her there by force and against her will and further abducted her to the same Scottish kingdom and detained her (eam) in the same place in prejudice and contempt of the king, a manifest of the crown and dignity of the king, as the king learned from the account of faithful worthies.
The king, wishing a remedy to be applied to the above mentioned events, ordered the viscount of Northumberland that he take all lands and tenements goods and cattles of the aforesaid William in his bailiwick without delay into the hands of the king and have it guarded safely until (donec) the king order otherwise so that he answer to the king at his exchequer for any losses occurring  and he have it investigated carefully cautiously and circumspectly if the aforesaid William can be found anywhere in his bailiwick. If William happens to be found anywhere in the said bailiwick he is to be arrested and kept safe in the king's prison until the king order otherwise.
