I have recently discovered that my great grandfather William Willson married Laura Jane Williams in Festiniog in August 1879. They appear in Liverpool on the 1881 census, but then William marries again in Cleasby near Darlington in October 1891 stating that he was a bachelor. I have not been able to find a death for Laura, and I doubt that divorce would have been an option for them as William was a housepainter.
Laura was the daughter of Griffith Williams.
