Can anyone please help decipher the following bits I can't read?

So far I have:
I give devise and bequeath, excepting the (....) blocks of land with cottages erected thereon (....) near

&

executors of this my will and (.................) of my several children at the time of my decease during their respective monorities (?) and lastly severing (?)

I have removed the town name for privacy of anyone concerned.

Hello mosher, this is my first post here on this interesting looking site, so here goes for you;

....."excepting two blocks of land with cottages erected thereon situate near"

....."of this my will and guardians of my several children during their respective minorities" - [until the children reach the age of 21 years].

....."and lastly revoking all former wills".

I hope this answers all.

Sassofalco, I can't believe how glaringly obvious the words are when someone points them out!

I didn't think "Minorities" fitted before with "Guardians" it definitely does.
