Thanks for the new information - great stuff

That problem is not really a problem as John Clark Apps married Martha Austin in the Sept Q of 1859; Charles was registered in April 1860 but his death was also registered in the June Quarter of 1860 and Martha died in the Sept Quarter of 1860 - (obviously complications associated with child birth I would have thought)  John then married Harriett in 1867

I have apps in my family as well My gg Uncle Richard James Clark Webb married a Olivet Jane Apps dob 1853 in Brookland they alson Married in brookland in 1881, i beleive her father to be John Apps dob 1823 brookland
