There is a licensees name over the pub door that looks like William or Williams would it be possible for any of the Photo buffs to try and enhance the name over the pub door.

Flags of Turkey, UK, and France.  I'm reminded of those little flags on sticks that you could get at the seaside to decorate your sandcastle - imagine one of those stuck into a breast pocket.

Up to 1923, Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe and Zambia) used the British South African Company Flag, which looked just like the union jack but with BSAC emblem in the middle.  Could be that flag, and could explain why he is wearing it, since he is the only one.

Just about everyone is wearing boutonnieres, except the man on the extreme right. He might be the driver of the vehicle.  Perhaps this is some kind of war memorial day trip to the ... er pub.

Given their likely ages, the likelihood that this was taken in the 1920s and the odd collection of nationalities maybe this was a group visit to a factory by potential customers?
