It's after 1894 as thats the date Walkers Warrington ales started trading.

Sir Andrew Barclay Walker, 1st Baronet (1824 – 1893) was a brewer and Liverpool Councillor.
He was born at Auchinflower, Ayrshire, He was educated at Ayr Academy and at the Liverpool Institute. He followed his father son of Peter Walker of the Fort brewery at Ayr, in to brewing.
In 1879, on the death of his father, he gained control of the buiness and in 1890 he converted the private company into Peter Walker & Son Warrington & Burton Ltd a limited liability company, several Pubs in the Liverpool and the north west of England still carry the slogan Walkers Warrington Ale in their frosted glass.
His son was William Walker, 1st Baron Wavertree.
He built the Walker Art Gallery which is named after him and donated it to the City of Liverpool. For this, and other good works, he was knighted and later raised a Baronette.

It's a 1920's works outing or something similar. A lovely old motor charabanc.

I've been trying to find a reference to "Grosvenor Paper Bags " without success

I think the vehicle is a Daimler from around 1920. Similar to this one http://www.svvs.org/genpics8/1920_Daimler_Charabanc.jpg but slightly different in detail

I think the paperbag company maybe from North Wales area.

Grosvenor, Chater & Co. I believe the company traded as. •Grosvenor Chater & Co Ltd, paper makers, Abbey Mills, Holywell.

The coloured gentleman at the back sports a small union jack flag. The person in front of him has a tricoleur. I wonder what that's about.
