George W Scott
« on: Saturday 13 March 10 13:41 GMT (UK) »
I'm looking for he family of George Scott who was born in liverpool around 1900.  He lied about his age and enlisted in Kings Lpool Reg in 1914, came back to work for United Molasses - working his way up from office boy to Company director.  His son, also George followed in his footsteps.  they were my father's cousins, and I m trying to find any family information.

Thanks very much - both of these would be right.  It's a great help to get his wife's name too.  Much obliged.  Phyl

Brilliant.  I knew he had the CBE.  I have a book about United Molasses which tells about it but I didn't have the dates.
