Hello I have recently heard about this and think I might have someone who was held there. Is there anywhere I can check, even in Dublin archives or online?  I have been told in good faith I should check.

There are lists of Prison & Internment Camp Staff, as well as lists of prisoners

Material relating to prisoners held in military custody in Tintown Camps, Curragh, Gormanstown, during the Civil War

I was not aware there was Tintown Camps no's 1,2 & 3

last weekend find my past was free
found some fabulous records on a chap i was researching in Secret British Military records referring to raids by the King's own Regt Jan 1921 and May 1921
gave me his address James St Dublin,  his occupation Grand Canal Co where he worked, full physical description, the names of those in the house with him and his rank as Captain I R A.
Released on bond 29 Nov 1921 to 9 Dec 1921 from Rath Camp

My great uncle, Justin Charles McKenna was interned at the Rath Camp from November 1920 to August 1921.

He had been elected unopposed at Sinn Fein member for Louth and was released with about sixteen other internees who had similarly been elected for the first Home Rule parliament.

I found a whole of sheaf of documents related to his arrest, court martial, internment instructions and relase papers at the National Archives in Kew, London.

I'm very happy to share with those that may be interested.

Hi all, i have an autograph book my great uncle kept while in tin town camp 2 in 1922 - 1923.. his name was James Carroll. If anyone has come across his signature in their relations books id love to hear about/ see it. And obviously im happy to share anything in his book. James was 1st battalion B company Dublin brigade.

I noticed my grandfather's name in your great uncle's autograph book he kept while in tin town camp 2 in 1922 - 1923. His name was Owen Shortt, any chance I could get a copy or photograph of what he wrote?

hi folks have only started looking into my grandfather he was called john fitzsimmons im wondering if any one has came across his name from co. kildare. its my understanding he was imprisoned and that story in family is that his brother poss f. fitzsimmons was a guard in the gaol at same time. now i dont know if this is folklore etc but would really like help/guidance the best way i could go about finding out if this really happened. thanks
