Hello all,
I have been researching my families involvement in the Curragh Camps
I was able to find information from the following link -
http://www.militaryarchives.ie/en/collections/reading-room-collections/civil-war-internment-collectionYou will need to book a visit to ( if you live in Ireland ) -

Tel - +003531 8046457
Email - militaryarchives "at" defenceforces.ie
I have always found them most helpful
There are lists of Prison & Internment Camp Staff, as well as lists of prisoners
Material relating to prisoners held in military custody in Tintown Camps, Curragh, Gormanstown, during the Civil War
I was not aware there was Tintown Camps no's 1,2 & 3
The reference code - IE/MA/CW/P
Title - Civil War Collection
Extent & Description - 16 boxes, 32 ledgers, paper & bound volumes
Creators - National Army
Finding Aid - Civil War Internment Catalogue (1MB)
I hope the above is of some help to those looking for information on relatives, I was able to find out much that was unknown to my family
Happy research
