Kenney family in Youghal pre 1840

Hi folks I am hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction for finding more information on William Kenney's family [he was born c1832 and settled in Leicester England in the 1850's]. My auntie told me this is the area to begin the search. Any advice would be great. Sorry don't know which church the family belonged to.  TL.
Leics: Gibbins, White, Riddington, Peberdy, Spriggs,  Monk, Tolton, Lane, Carver, Kenney, Johnson, Saddington, Benskin
Rutland: White, Walker, Rose, Snowdin

check out this site for early church records, http://corknortheast.brsgenealogy.com  be aware it's a transcribed record site so plenty of errors and omissions. There are a number of Kenny/Kenney records but no William that fits your date. The more usual spelling of the name is KENNY.
