Highfield Estate, Newby, Scarborough

Does anyone have any historical information/maps/photographs about this area of Scarborough?

My family have lived here for many years, so I'd much appreciate any feedback.

I live in Newby Scarborough, give me some address's and I'll see what I can find.

Yorkshire Families: Crawford, Pinkney, Reynolds, Knowles. Bailey.
Durham Families : Hann, Everett, Brown. 
Norfolk Families : Tuffs of Wisbeach,  Smiths Of North Creek.
Irish Families : Hann

Hi Al, that would be great, many thanks.

My parents live in The Green and grandparents lived in The Whins from when it was first build, (in the 40's, I believe).

I am mainly interested in any old photos/plans/maps of the area, especially around the time it was built.
