Yes, but I'm struggling to read it.  :-\

I can see nofio which means swimming.

Also yn gyflym which means quickly, but I am finding it difficult to read the rest.

I think the signature is Gerwyn?

I'll have another try.

Now that fits as the hotel is by the brine baths for which Droitwich is renowned.

Hi, it's definitely Welsh,
and I read it as follows:

Yr ydwyf yn nofio yn y llyn heli                  - I am swimming in the brine lake (pool)
ac yn mendio yn gyflym                            - and am recovering/getting better quickly
yr eithoch [eiddoch] yn gywyr [gywir]        -  yours sincerely
(signature illegible)

I wasn't sure about the brine pool bit until I googled "brine pool Droitwich" - and found several references to "Droitwich Spa Brine Baths" including this:
