Not sure if they are related but Same surname and town/street would suggest it alright. This is your gggrandfather in 1901 Census in case you have not checked it ;-)

Thanks ! My gmother is Celia, but she died in 1930, I have traced a few of her brothers to USA, but that came to a dead end. The other mcgarrigles are hard to pin down. Hello if you are one of em :-)
