My 3 x Grt Grandparents were:
Edward CHANTLER /CHANDLER (1792-1869) & Martha Knight of Hamsey, Barcombe, Lewes Sussex Co.
I have record of Edward's parents as
Edward CHANTLER/Sarah SMITH and names of their other children. However after several years of searching, I cannot find any mention anywhere of Edward's or Sarah's parents.
There was an OCT 1731 marriage of Thomas CHANTLER of Newick & Elizabeth HILLS of Barcombe in St Mary's that I thought might be a possibility but I can find no other connection to Edward or any other children.
Would appreciate any ideas or direction.

Died: in: Sussex
Wife: Sarah SMITH
Died in Sussex
