The other entry is for house, office, yard & garden (total 15 perches) on Bridge St. in Kilrea. Both properties come under the Mercer's Company.
Here's a link to Wikipedia page for Kilrea which lists 2 R.C. chapels in the area- St. Anne's in Kilrea and St. Mary's further out on present Drumagarner Rd. Not sure how far back St. Anne's goes but PRONI have microfilmed copies of Baptisms, Marriages and Deaths 23 Aug.1846-26 Dec.1860 on one reel and Baptisms Jan.1861-Aug.1865, Marriages and Deaths 1861-Mar.1877 on another reel. Coleraine Library also have copies of these 2 reels.
Added- there are no McCollum/McCallum headstones at Drumagarner (although there is McCallion).
