According to Census I will be make a stab in the dark and say that the Cheadle that Frederick and Gladys married at  was the one in Staffs.


In the very lastest census newly available to us she is living at Reckley Farm Checkley Tean Stoke on Trent Staffordshire

Her father is Daniel Shoebotham bn circa 1858 Dilhorne Staffs

In the early census and records the surname Shoebotham appears to have started off as Shufflebotham


Daniel who I mentioned above his parents were Loton/John Shufflebotham/Showbotham and Sarah.

Daniels mum Sarah and siblings are living at Callow Hill  Magedale, Dilhorne, Cheadle in the 1891 census.
