Recites original lease, 1 February 1759 from late Thomas Holmes of Yarmouth, I.W., Esq., to Frances Darragh, widow of William Darragh of Ballynebarney, farmer, for lives of John Darragh, Catherine Darragh and Anne Darragh her children at rent of £40 p.a. with a clause for inserting new lives at £3 8s. 3d. each.
