Is she in Longframlington churchyard?

I've just received the death certificate for Julia Coleman Haig Stewart who died on 21st Oct 1925 in a car accident "on the highway near Longframlington".

I'm not sure where she is buried and wonder if it's in Longframlington or whether she was taken back to her home town of Edinburgh.

If anyone has access to record would really appreciate  a look up.

I've checked on Find a Grave and I can't see Julia listed any of the cemeteries in Longframlington and a lot of the graves have been photographed and transcribed. So I would assume that Julia was taken home or if she was taken to a hospital possibly nearer to there. Longframlington didn't even have a doctors surgery in 1925. They had several pubs and a butchers! But the Doctor came from Rothbury when you needed him.

Announcement in the Edinburgh Evening News, 3rd November 1925. (Note date of death was 31st October, not 21st)

Stewart, On the 31st Oct., as a result of a motor accident, Julia Colman Haigh Stewart, beloved wife of James Stewart, 27 Grange Road, Edinburgh. Funeral to Piershill Cemetery , on Thursday, 5th inst. All friends desiring to attend will kindly meet cortege at cemetery gate, at 2.30 p.m.

Mention of her death in Edinburgh Evening News of 3rd November 1925, says a verdict of accidental death was returned at the inquest in Longframlington. Apparently Mr Stewart and another female were also in the car at the time. They were heading to Newcastle when the car skidded and overturned.

Billion Graves, which now seems to require payment, so only limited details available for free, have a Julia C A Stewart headstone picture at Piershill, with a date of 4/11/1925. Realise initials and dates don't seem to match, but it seems rather a coincidence two Julia Stewarts in similar timescale. Might be worth paying to view, in case there has been transcription errors.

Yes, just checked again, Thursday 5th was funeral. I still feel it might be worth someone having a look at that Billion Graves entry if they have access,  in case of transcription errors.

The name is certainly very coincidental.
The initial H in her name could have been read as an A if its been transcribed from a photo?

Julia was killed on the way to Newcastle for a dancing competition. She owned a dance school in Edinburgh. The car fell on top of her in the crash.

It is definitely her in the cemetery (thank you sooo much). I have access to Billion Graves and can confirm it is her as the headstone also lists her husband and sons. There are errors on the headstone but it appears to have been erected 40 years after her death.

When I am next in Edinburgh I will go and pay my respects to her.
