15 May 1839

William Rotheram; Visitation of God at Ipsley.
Depositions: Joseph Rickman, son of William, Ullenhall, labourer; William Howard, Tanworth, labourer.

5 February 1840

Elizabeth Mander, wife of Charles, died at Radway of an epileptic fit by Visitation of God.
Depositions: Sarah Pheasey, daughter of William, Radway, labourer; John Mavor Brown, Kineton, surgeon.

11 April 1848

William Jones, of inflammation of lungs at Mickleton Tunnel by Visitation of God.
Depositions: William Ford, (Chipping) Campden, labourer; William Jones, sub contractor; William Smiles, Shipston-on-Stour, surgeon; James Charles Pritchard, Campden, surgeon; Joseph Hands, landlord 8 Bells, Chipping Campden.

9 December 1848

Hannah Smith, 9, daughter of Job, accidentally burnt at Tysoe.
Depositions: Bridget Hanson, Tysoe; Caroline Smith, wife of Job, labourer, mother of deceased.

27 September 1836

Hannah Smith accidentally killed in Union Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, being run over by wagon belonging to Earl of Warwick.


1 December 1836

Ann Smith, wife of Edward, died of heart attack at Studley by visitation of God.

1 March 1836

Sarah Smith; apoplectic fit at Arrow.
Deposition of daughter-in-law, Mary, wife of Joshua, labourer.
